Boot Camp will take place Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 10:15 am. Participants must wear appropriate exercise clothing and shoes and supply their own yoga mat and water. Class will include circuit training and group training. Suitable for high school students and adults. Participants will be required to have a signed waiver on file. Cost per session $10. Please bring cash to the class. You can also purchase a card for 10 classes for $90.
