Kelly Pearce – Head Coach
Kelly was first introduced to competitive swimming at the age of 5 when she joined the summer swim team at the Highland Swim Club in Scotch Plains and has been in the pool ever since. She has been privileged to be a contributing member of many successful teams including the JCC and both the Somerset Valley YMCA and Somerset Hills YMCA while also swimming for her high school’s varsity team, the Panthers where she served her senior year as a captain. She grew up in a family with close ties within the swim community, one of three children who all swim competitively and a father who is a YMCA/USA official and referee.
At the age of 7 her family relocated to Martinsville New Jersey and joined Round Top Swim Club. Kelly has been a member of The swim team for ten years. In addition to participating on the team she has also offered instructional swim lessons to the younger members, has worked at the food concession stand and has been a lifeguard for three years.
Out of the water Kelly enjoys running, going to the gym, cooking & baking, spending time with friends and her family and her two dogs, Toby & Tucker.
